3. Eligibility for Participation

6. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to demonstrate:

- Respect for facilities, equipment, and property.
The following behaviour may result in disciplinary action:

Disciplinary measures may include warnings, suspension, removal from events, or permanent termination of participation.
7. Health and Fitness Requirements
Participants acknowledge that basketball is a physically demanding sport involving risks of injury.
By participating, individuals confirm that:
- They are physically fit to participate.
- They have disclosed any known medical conditions that may affect participation.
- They understand the risks associated with athletic activities.
- They assume responsibility for obtaining appropriate medical advice before participation.
Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information for minor participants.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Falls
- Collisions
- Sprains
- Strains
- Fractures
- Concussions
- Serious injury
- Permanent disability
- Death
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Academy activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Violation Basketball Academy, its founders, directors, coaches, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Property damage
- Theft
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Losses arising from participation in Academy activities
Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
10. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, the Academy may seek medical assistance for a participant when a parent, guardian, or emergency contact cannot be reached immediately.
The participant or parent or guardian accepts responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
The Academy does not guarantee medical coverage and strongly recommends maintaining adequate health insurance.
11. Fees and Payments
Certain programmes, camps, leagues, tournaments, merchandise, and services may require payment.
Participants agree that:
- Fees must be paid within specified deadlines.
- Registration may not be confirmed until payment is received.
- Prices may change without prior notice.

Failure to pay required fees may result in cancellation of registration.

Participants and parents or guardians acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, recordings, interviews, live streams, and event footage may be captured during Academy activities.
The Academy may use such content for:

- Event highlights
- Educational content
- Sponsorship presentations
No compensation shall be payable for such use.
14. Live Streaming and Event Coverage

By participating, individuals consent to appearing in such broadcasts and recordings.
The Academy reserves all rights relating to event coverage and distribution.
